Bob Dylan by Bob Dylan is a 33 rpm LP, mono, on 180 grams supervinyl. This record is individually numbered and is limited. Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs used the original master tape from 1962. Colombia Records introduced a new folk singer, the then 20 year old Bob Dylan. Besides Mance Lipscomb (country blues), big blues names like Richard "Rabbit" Brown and Big Joe Williams also have an influence on the work and style of Dylan. On this successful rendition of Mofi are many beautiful renditions but Bob's translation of House of the Risin 'Sun about the life of a woman from New Orleans who is driven out of poverty in prostitution is perhaps the most beautiful, Too bad the number only takes 5:15 minutes long.
